Feeco - Helsinki wants to offer you the best possible shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the opportunity to return the product within 14 days of receipt without reason.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. This period starts from the day you receive the products, or if you have chosen another recipient, from the day they receive the products.
Product Return
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs vary, but are generally similar to the original shipping costs. Please check your carrier's website for exact prices.
Credit
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund you the full purchase price, including shipping costs. The refund will be paid within 14 days of receiving the return. However, return shipping costs will not be refunded.

- If possible, the product must be returned in its original packaging .
