How do I place an order on your website?

Select the products you want, choose the right size and add them to your shopping cart. Then go to your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page and click "Proceed to checkout" . Fill in the required information, select a payment method and follow the instructions to complete your order.

What payment methods does Feeco accept?

We accept Klarna (buy now, pay later) and MasterCard credit cards . If you are not sure if your payment method is accepted, you can check all available options on the payment page.
All payments are processed through secure and reliable payment systems, so you can pay with confidence.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery times may vary as our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This saves on storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer our products at a competitive price.
The average delivery time is 5–12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Can I choose a shipping address other than my billing address?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during the checkout process, for example if you want the order to be delivered to your workplace or as a gift to another person.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

Our products are in high demand, so delivery may sometimes take longer than expected. We ask for your understanding.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact our customer service at Support@feeco-helsinki.com . We will check the status of your order and notify you as soon as possible.

How can I exchange or return my order?

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service at Support@feeco-helsinki.com . In your email, please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) and reason for return. We will send you a return address and confirm the return. Once the return has been approved, you can send the product back using the shipping company of your choice.

What does a return cost?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs vary depending on the shipping service you choose. We recommend checking the website of your chosen shipping company for more information and prices.

What are the product return conditions?

You have 14 days to return the product from the date you received it. Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The return period has not yet ended;
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are attached;
  • The product has not been used.

What do I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us at Support@feeco-helsinki.com . Please include your full name and the email address you used to place your order. We will assist you as soon as possible.
